For orders up to the value of £49.99 inc VAT there are two (to home) delivery options:

1 – Royal Mail – Recorded Signed For | £3.95 inc VAT (£3.29 net /£0.66 VAT)

2 – Interlink – Fully Tracked | £6.95 inc VAT (£5.79 net /£1.16 VAT)

For orders greater than the value of £50.00 inc VAT, and up to the value of £99.99 inc VAT, we offer only one shipping (to home) option:

3 – Interlink – Fully Tracked | £5.95 inc VAT (£4.96 net /£0.99 VAT)

For orders greater than the value of £100.00 inc VAT, we use our track and trace service at a subsidised rate:

SHIPPING SERVICES EXPLAINED:

Royal Mail – Recorded Signed For

Our budget shipping option (only available on orders up to £49.99), through Royal Mail who aim to deliver your item(s) within three working days (including Saturdays) of receiving it from Kitlocker. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and a signature will be required. Please allow at least 6 working days (from notification of shipping) should you need to contact our Customer Service for tracking purposes.

Interlink – Fully Tracked

Our fully tracked option through Interlink who will deliver your item(s) on the next working day upon completion by Kitlocker.com. You will receive an SMS notification direct from Interlink advising a 1hr delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day. And if it’s not convenient you can re-arrange delivery by replying directly. A signature will be required.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

-          For orders greater than £50.00 we can only offer Interlink track and trace service as Royal Mail do not offer adequate levels of compensation against deliveries.

-          Delivery times are in addition to the order completion times stated on the site.

-          You will receive a notification from us once your order is ready to be dispatched.
